  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by cutting cold butter into cubes and mixing it with flour and salt in a food processor until crumbly. Gradually add ice-cold water until the dough forms.
  2. Chill the dough for 1-2 hours, then roll it out and fit it into a pie dish. Par bake the crust at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
  3. For the filling, whisk together apple butter, eggs, brown sugar, flour, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour into the pre-baked crust.
