  • 1 cup water plus a tablespoon (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 25 caramel squares

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix water with lemon juice. Soak apple cubes in this mixture to prevent browning.
  3. Chop apples into cubes and drain them after soaking.
  4. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Spread melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and press pretzels on top.
  6. Melt caramels with a teaspoon of water; drizzle over pretzels.
  7. Layer drained apple cubes over caramel and drizzle with remaining melted chocolate.
