  • 2 tins of white beans (400g each), drained
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, diced
  • 3 tablespoons lighter cream alternative
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a casserole dish over low heat, warm EVOO. Add the sliced onions and cook for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Stir in balsamic vinegar and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and diced rosemary; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
