  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, pepper, and salt.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry; coat with olive oil.
  4. Season thighs generously on both sides with the spice mixture.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken; cook an additional 6–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese on top; cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Check internal temperature (175°F minimum); adjust cooking time if necessary.
