  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrot
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup finely sliced red pepper
  • 1 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • Dumpling wrappers (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, zucchini, and red pepper; cook until slightly softened. Stir in tamari, sea salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble dumplings by placing a tablespoon of filling on each wrapper, moistening edges, and sealing tightly.
  4. In the same pan, fry dumplings until golden brown on one side. Add water to steam briefly before serving.
