  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup light feta cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
  3. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, blended cottage cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
