  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Shape ground beef into four large burger patties.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
