  • ¾ cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Low Carb Granular Brown Sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup fine-blanched Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Low-Carb Confectioners Powdered Sweetener
  • ¼ cup Smooth Peanut Butter for frosting
  • 4 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease or line a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together over medium heat; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine low-carb sweetener, salt, and almond flour until clump-free.
  4. Mix melted peanut butter mixture with dry ingredients, adding eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  6. For frosting, melt peanut butter with almond milk; mix in powdered sweetener to desired consistency.
  7. Frost warm bars and let cool before slicing into 12 servings.
