  • 6 Tbsp. butter (divided into 4 Tbsp. and 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup white apple vinegar (or chicken broth)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 Tbsp. of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from one lemon and stir.
  4. Add white apple vinegar or chicken broth; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, then add the remaining butter along with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir in heavy cream or half & half until well combined.
