  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened ketchup (or sugar-free ketchup)
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional garnish: sliced pickles, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion for 2–3 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, unsweetened ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  4. Layer the cooked beef mixture in the baking dish, sprinkle with Turkey Bacon, pour the egg mixture over it all, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and bubbly.
