  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese (or Romano/Parmesan)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and oregano; mix well.
  3. Layer 1 cup of Asiago and 1 cup of mozzarella in the baking pan. Pour egg mixture over cheese layer evenly.
