  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  2. In a large bowl, combine canned pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, melted butter, kosher salt, egg, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Sift in cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add flour and baking soda; mix gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
